From there, we list your home for sale — making it very easy for potential buyers to locate it on the open market and begin showings to potential buyers.

We then wade through the benefits and risks of each offer and Amber represents you to the buyer’s agent during the negotiation process. Once you accept an offer and agree to terms, Amber will continue to guide you while under contract — from the home inspection through closing and each step in between.

We begin with a zero-obligation meeting to share more about the buying process and discuss the home you’re dreaming of, including location, price, and desired features. If you elect Amber to represent you, she will then connect you with a mortgage lender (if you don’t already have one) who will guide you through the mortgage pre-approval process to determine how much house you can afford.

And then the fun begins! We will seek out all the available homes that meet your criteria and schedule showings. When you’re ready to make an offer, Amber will prepare and present it on your behalf — representing you through the negotiation process and keeping you informed of all your rights and responsibilities within the contract. In the current market sometimes several offers must be made - an open mind and positive outlook is essential!

After you and the seller agree to terms, the home is under contract and work really begins with conducting a house inspection, reviewing loan documentation, and waiting for the appraisal. Amber works with the title company to ensure all necessary documents are provided and will be with you at the closing to answer any questions, handle any last-minute negotiations, and celebrate with you!

And don’t forget that the home seller usually pays your agent’s commission, so Amber’s representation through the entire home-buying process may cost you nothing!
