From there, we list your home for sale — making it very easy for potential buyers to locate it on the open market and begin showings to potential buyers.

We then wade through the benefits and risks of each offer and Amber represents you to the buyer’s agent during the negotiation process. Once you accept an offer and agree to terms, Amber will continue to guide you while under contract — from the home inspection through closing and each step in between.

And then the fun begins! We will seek out all the available homes that meet your criteria and schedule showings. When you’re ready to make an offer, Amber will prepare and present it on your behalf — representing you through the negotiation process and keeping you informed of all your rights and responsibilities within the contract. After you and the seller agree to terms, the home is under contract and work really begins with conducting a house inspection, reviewing loan documentation, and waiting for the appraisal.
