NEW CONSTRUCTION

Don’t be afraid to consider a new construction home. Many builders offer special financing and/or incentives that may make purchasing a home more affordable. Ask your real estate agent about local builders and be sure they accompany you to visit model homes. Your agent can advocate for you at every stage of the build and purchase process - a supreme value at no cost to you at all!

ASSUMABLE LOANS

Some Sellers have an assumable loan at a much lower interest rate than lenders can offer today. A Buyer could take over the loan, keep the terms, and pay cash for the remaining portion of the purchase price (see details at left).

SELLER CONCESSIONS

In light of the recent NAR settlement, Sellers can still offer concessions and, if they choose to negotiate a Buyers Agent commission, it will not be counted toward their concession limits.
